Additionally, the CBR is consulting on amendments to insurance solvency requirements, identification requirements for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing purposes, and personnel training standards for non-credit financial organisations.
The CBR is also consulting on regulations establishing minimum capital requirements for digital depositories and operators of digital financial asset issuance systems; brokerage requirements for digital currency and digital rights transactions; qualified credit bureau interaction procedures; and credit history formation procedures. A separate consultation addresses life insurance with declared returns, including minimum conditions and information disclosure requirements.
Stakeholders including credit institutions, financial market participants, insurance companies, and digital asset operators are encouraged to submit comments to designated CBR email addresses before their respective deadlines.
