On July 20, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine proposed amendments to the Regulation on the transfer of cash reserves for storage to authorized banks and conducting transactions with them, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 95 of September 17, 2021 (as amended). Among the proposals, is repealing the regulations for authorised banks in the interbank market on the application of a tariff for cash withdrawal by banks not higher than the tariff established by the National Bank. This is due to the liberalisation of the National Bank's tariff policy in the field of cash services. Comments and suggestions to the draft Resolution will be accepted until July 29, 2026.
