On June 23, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) revoked the financial services license held by LLC "FC SOLID GROUP" (registration number 43450984). The NBU's Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets approved this decision on June 22, 2026. The license revocation followed the company's refusal to cooperate with an unscheduled inspection conducted by the NBU in May 2026. During the inspection attempt, the NBU established that the company failed to provide an authorized representative on the first day of the inspection, preventing the inspection from proceeding. This refusal to permit inspection constituted grounds for applying an enforcement measure under Ukraine's Law on Financial Services and Financial Companies and the NBU's Regulation on Corrective Measures, Early Intervention Measures, and Enforcement Measures in the Non-Banking Financial Services Markets, approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 183 of December 25, 2023. The revoked license covered financial services including factoring and provision of funds and banking metals on credit. Following license revocation, LLC "FC SOLID GROUP" loses the right to conduct financial services activities. However, the company remains obligated to fulfill its existing contractual obligations with customers regarding previously provided financial services. According to Article 56 of Ukraine's Law on the National Bank of Ukraine, administrative acts adopted by the NBU take effect from the date they are officially communicated through methods established by Ukraine's Law on Administrative Procedure.
