Brazil Securities Regulator Cancels Registration of Two Public Companies Following Prolonged Suspension

On June 10, 2026, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) announced the cancellation of the public company registrations of Blue Tech Solution EQI S.A. and Massa Falida de Tecnosolo Engenharia S.A. The cancellations were carried out ex officio by the CVM's Superintendency of Corporate Relations (SEP) pursuant to Article 21 of Law No. 6,385 after the companies' registrations had remained suspended for more than 12 months. The CVM stated that the cancellations followed the companies' failure to provide information required by the regulator. As a result of the cancellation, the companies are no longer permitted to have securities issued by them admitted for trading on regulated markets, including stock exchanges, organized over-the-counter markets and unorganized over-the-counter markets. The CVM emphasized that the cancellation of registration does not exempt the companies, their controlling shareholders or their administrators from liability for any regulatory violations committed before the cancellation took effect.
