On May 18, 2026, the Corporate Relations Superintendency (SEP) of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) published Circular Letter No. 3/2026 informing publicly traded, foreign and incentivized companies of changes to the access procedure for the Empresas.Net System.
The Empresas.Net System is the CVM’s electronic disclosure and filing platform used to submit mandatory corporate and securities market information to the regulator.
From July 6, 2026, users must access the Empresas.Net System through the new address, https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENETWEB , using the “Log in with gov.br” authentication option. The existing “Log in with Empresas.NET” access method and the previous URL will be discontinued.
The CVM noted that investor relations directors and legal representatives previously received instructions between October 16 and 27, 2025 regarding authorization of Gov.br accounts and the delegation of individualized access rights to company employees. Companies are requested to notify teams responsible for submitting disclosures through the Empresas.Net System of the updated login requirements.
