On May 13, 2026, the Czech Republic Ministry of Finance updated communication parameters for the production environment used by gambling operators to submit reports to the supervisory authority. In accordance with Decree No. 10/2019 Coll. on the method of notification and transmission of information and data transfer by gambling operators, the scope of transmitted data and other technical parameters of data transmission (the "reporting decree"), the Ministry of Finance publishes technical specifications necessary for automated access to the supervisory authority. The production environment is operated under the identity of the Czech Customs Administration (Celní správa České republiky), which functions as the supervisory authority for gambling operations. Gambling operators must use registered authentication certificates to access confirmation packages and applications. The Ministry of Finance provides supervisory authority certificates in multiple formats. Key access points include: a URL for submitting confirmation packages at https://reporting-hazard.celnisprava.cz/data; an application for monitoring data package processing status at https://reporting-hazard.celnisprava.cz/apps/reg-db/processing; and an application for reviewing registrations at https://reporting-hazard.celnisprava.cz/apps/reg-db/registration-list. A Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate exchange is scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with new certificates becoming effective on that date. The Ministry of Finance maintains a separate testing environment called "Playground" with its own independent database and registration system, distinct from the production environment.
