On April 23, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) launched a consultation on the Draft Resolution on Amendments to the Instructions on the Execution of Interbank Payment Transactions (SEP) in Ukraine in the National Currency. A participant in SEP shall be obliged to: Send information to the Central SEP on the status of the execution of a payment transaction in the SEP as soon as possible after the execution of that payment transaction, but no later than one hour after the status of the execution of this payment transaction has been established. To enable the payment service user to submit, via means of remote communication, a request regarding the status of a payment transaction by sending a message to the Central SEP. Provide the payment service user, by remote communication, with information on the stages of execution of the payment transaction. Comments and feedback are welcome up until May 3, 2026.
