On April 15, 2026, the Wyoming Gaming Commission published a notice of intent to adopt amended skill-based amusement games rules. The amended rules clarify that operators and vendors are required to locate designated areas in a place determined by the executive director of the gaming commission or their designee. Public comments may be submitted until June 4, 2026, via the agency website or email at nick.larramendy1@wyo.gov. A public hearing will be held if requested by 25 persons, a government subdivision, or an association with at least 25 members.
