1237 charsUkraine's PlayCity Agency Revokes State Lottery Operator License from PATRIOT
On March 25, 2026, Ukraine's State Agency for Gambling and Lottery Control (PlayCity Agency) issued Decision No. 84-Р revoking the status of state lottery operator from PATRIOT (a private joint-stock company) by terminating its license to conduct business activities related to the issuance and operation of lotteries.
The decision represents a formal administrative action by the PlayCity Agency to strip PATRIOT of its operational authority in the state lottery sector. This action effectively ends PATRIOT's legal capacity to issue, conduct, or manage state lottery activities in Ukraine. The revocation of the license constitutes the primary mechanism through which the agency removed the company's operator status.
The decision was published on March 25, 2026, and is available in PDF format on the PlayCity Agency's official website. Interested parties may access the full text of Decision No. 84-Р through the agency's regulatory documents section.
