On March 3, 2026, the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission suspended the Client Provider Authorization held by Einrai Ltd. (Einrai), effective immediately. The suspension was issued pursuant to a Show Cause Notice and requires Einrai to cease offering interactive gaming services across its operated online gaming sites: spinhub.casino, spinhub2.casino, and spinhub-2.casino. The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission, established in 1996, is the licensing and regulatory authority for gaming activity within and from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke, a sovereign jurisdiction located near Montréal, Québec, Canada. The Commission has continuously licensed and regulated online gaming since July 1999. The suspension of Einrai's Client Provider Authorization does not eliminate the operator's other obligations under The Kahnawake Gaming Law or associated regulations. The Commission will continue to receive and consider complaints concerning Einrai submitted after the effective date of March 3, 2026. Players using the suspended sites should cease gaming activity immediately and seek alternative licensed providers. Operators and service providers should ensure compliance with all applicable Kahnawà:ke gaming regulations to avoid similar enforcement action.
