TITLE: United States Office of Foreign Assets Control Adds Individuals and Entities to Sanctions Designations List

On July 30, 2026, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced counter-terrorism designations and non-proliferation designation updates, adding multiple individuals and entities to its Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List as part of efforts to crack down on global networks enabling Iran's Mahan Air and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
OFAC designated one individual and six entities under Executive Order 13224, as amended by Executive Order 13886. The individual added to the SDN List is TANG, Xin (also known as "TANG, Mike"), a Chinese national born December 16, 1969, linked to Mahan Air. The entities designated include Air Cargo Pro Limited, a Moscow-based cargo company established May 26, 2010; Dadenegar Startup Studio, a computer programming company established in 2021 with offices in Tehran, Iraq, and the Netherlands; Shanghai Elite International Travel Co Ltd, a Shanghai-based travel company established February 24, 2014; Shanghai Wings International Logistics Co, a Shanghai-based logistics company established January 15, 2021; and Skiez Travels and Logistics Private Limited, an India-based travel and logistics company established November 27, 2020. All designated entities are linked to Mahan Air or TANG, Xin.
OFAC also updated the SDN List entry for CAGRI Duransoy, a Turkish national born August 4, 1985, adding nationality information, gender designation, and linking it to JAFARI, Milad. Duransoy remains subject to secondary sanctions under non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (NPWMD) designations.
All designated individuals and entities are subject to secondary sanctions risk under section 1(b) of Executive Order 13224. Parties are prohibited from engaging in transactions with designated entities and individuals.
