On July 11, 2026, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) approved a Final Order settling enforcement action against RealPage Payments Services LLC, doing business as ResidentDirect, resolving violations identified during a regulatory examination.
RealPage Payments Services LLC, a Part II Money Services Business licensed in Florida (license number FT230000324), consented to findings of non-compliance with Florida's money services regulations. The OFR identified four categories of violations: failure to timely report the closing of one bank account and opening of another in violation of Rule 69V-560.201(2), Florida Administrative Code; failure to timely renew FinCEN Registration by December 31, 2022, as required by 31 C.F.R. Section 1022.210(a); and failure to maintain required daily records, specifically addresses for transmitters in 75 instances and taxpayer identification numbers or passport numbers with countries of issuance in eight instances, in violation of Rule 69V-560.703(2), Florida Administrative Code.
Under the Stipulation and Consent Agreement, RealPage Payments Services LLC agreed to pay an administrative fine of $8,725.00 and cease future violations of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. The company must comply with all provisions of Florida's money services regulations going forward. The settlement resolves the matter without formal litigation, and the Final Order constitutes final agency action. Non-compliance with the agreement's terms may result in issuance of an emergency cease and desist order.
