Article 150-B – The installation of advertising devices referred to in Article 150-A is prohibited within a radius of 100 meters from schools, museums, and public facilities and services intended for children, adolescents, and young people, which are directed at or likely to encourage gambling by this public. Article 2 – The organs and entities of the Municipal Executive Branch, within the scope of their respective competences, shall, within 15 (fifteen) working days, adopt the necessary measures to review current administrative acts and contracts in order to cease the dissemination of advertising materials referred to in Article 150-A of Decree No. 14.060 of 2010.
