TITLE: Ukraine's National Bank Revokes Financial Company Licence for Royal Finance 1

On July 7, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) revoked the financial services licence held by Limited Liability Company "Financial Company 'Royal Finance 1'" (registration number 43105522). The NBU's Supervisory Committee for Non-Bank Financial Services Markets approved the decision on July 6, 2026.
The NBU established during an unscheduled inspection that the company was not located at the address registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs, and Public Associations. Under Article 50, Section 1, Paragraph 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and Financial Companies," the regulator must revoke a financial company's licence when it cannot be found at its registered address. The company held a licence to provide factoring services, credit provision, and banking metals lending.
The licence revocation became effective on July 6, 2026, the date the NBU notified the company via email in accordance with Article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Bank of Ukraine" and the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure." From this date, Limited Liability Company "Financial Company 'Royal Finance 1'" is prohibited from conducting financial services activities, including entering into new financial services contracts, extending existing contracts, or increasing obligations under existing agreements.
The company remains obligated to fulfil its existing contractual commitments despite losing its operating licence. The revocation restricts the company from providing any regulated financial services going forward.
