TITLE: Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers Establishes Restrictions on Military Personnel Access to Gambling Facilities BODY: On June 17, 2026, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 804, establishing a procedure to restrict military personnel from visiting gambling facilities and participating in gambling games. Both agencies must sign an act confirming the results of this electronic information exchange verification and publish it on the State Agency PlayCity's official website no later than the day following its signature. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, in coordination with the State Border Guard Administration and State Agency PlayCity, must address electronic information exchange between the Register of Persons with Restricted Access to Gambling Facilities and the State Border Guard Administration's information and communications systems regarding State Border Guard personnel within six months. These agencies must submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers regarding any necessary amendments to the resolution. The resolution takes effect upon publication by State Agency PlayCity of the verification act confirming electronic information exchange between State Agency PlayCity and the Ministry of Defence, except for certain provisions which take effect upon the resolution's publication. The resolution applies during martial law in Ukraine.
