TITLE: Ukraine's National Bank Applies Enforcement Measures to Two Financial Companies BODY: On June 18, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) applied enforcement measures to two financial companies: Limited Liability Company "Financial Company 'Royal Finance 1'" (registration number 43105522) and Limited Liability Company "Personal Ukrainian Leasing" (registration number 41802323). The NBU imposed enforcement measures requiring both companies to take corrective actions to eliminate violations identified during supervisory inspections and bring their operations into compliance with Ukrainian legislation requirements. Limited Liability Company "Financial Company 'Royal Finance 1'" received enforcement measures for failing to submit complete information, explanations, documents, and document copies requested by the NBU in accordance with its requirements. This violation breached paragraph 4 of part one of Article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and Financial Companies" and paragraph 43 of chapter 3 of section II of the Regulations on Authorization of Financial Service Providers and Conditions for Conducting Financial Service Activities, approved by NBU Board Resolution number 199 from December 29, 2023. Limited Liability Company "Personal Ukrainian Leasing" received enforcement measures for failing to submit documents specified in paragraph 761 of chapter 69 of section X of the Authorization Regulations, related to an increase in its charter capital during 2025. The NBU's Supervisory Committee for Non-Banking Financial Services Markets adopted these decisions on June 15, 2026. Both companies must eliminate identified violations and ensure compliance with Ukrainian legislation by July 7, 2026, and July 13, 2026, respectively.
