TITLE: Armenia Establishes Monthly Reporting Requirements for Gaming and Betting Operators
BODY:
Armenia's government has drafted new regulations establishing unified procedures, timelines, content requirements, and formats for monthly reporting by gaming, internet gaming, and bookmaking operators to the regulatory authority. The draft regulations aim to implement the Law on Regulation of Gaming Activities and modernise oversight mechanisms in the gaming sector.
The proposed regulations repeal two previous government decisions: Decision No. 1355-N from September 8, 2011, and Decision No. 451-N from April 30, 2015. The new framework consolidates and updates reporting requirements to ensure legal certainty, consistency across regulatory instruments, and alignment with current legislative requirements governing the gaming industry. By establishing standardised reporting procedures, the regulations seek to strengthen regulatory oversight and ensure operators comply with statutory obligations through systematic monthly submissions to the competent authority.
The draft regulations apply to all licensed gaming operators, internet gaming operators, and bookmaking operators conducting business in Armenia. These entities will be required to submit standardised monthly reports detailing their operations in accordance with the new procedures and formats established by the regulations.
The public consultation period runs from June 12, 2026, to June 29, 2026. Stakeholders, including gaming operators, industry representatives, and interested parties, can submit comments and suggestions through the e-draft.am portal during this window. The State Revenue Committee is responsible for reviewing feedback received during the consultation process before finalising the regulations.
