The Illinois Gaming Board will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM at 160 North LaSalle Street, 5th Floor Auditorium, Chicago, Illinois. The meeting will be accessible both in person and via live stream at https://multimedia.illinois.gov/igb/igb-live.html.
The Board will convene in open session before immediately retiring to closed executive session to discuss employment matters, adjudicatory evidence, litigation, and confidential information related to pending applications and trade secrets. Following the closed session, the Board will reconvene in open session.
The open session agenda covers multiple regulatory matters across the Board's jurisdiction. Under casino licensing, the Board will consider an initial owners licence renewal for HC Joliet, LLC d/b/a Hollywood Casino Joliet, and requests for waivers and operational extensions from Bally's Chicago Operating Company, LLC d/b/a Bally's Chicago and FHR-Illinois LLC d/b/a American Place Casino. The Board will also address supplier licence renewals for Novomatic Americas Sales LLC and VICI Properties 1 LLC, and review occupational licence approvals and denials.
Under sports wagering, the Board will consider a supplier licence renewal for Novomatic Americas Sales LLC and review occupational licence applications. Video gaming matters include manufacturer, distributor and supplier licence renewals for MobileMoney, Inc. and Novomatic Americas Sales LLC; terminal operator licence approvals, denials, and renewals for multiple entities including Lakeview Gaming, LLC and G3 Gaming, LLC; and video gaming location applicant reviews.
The Board will also address an administrative law judge recommendation regarding the revocation of licences held by Statewide Investments LLC d/b/a Little Nashville and Statewide Investments LLC d/b/a BP Nashville.
