TITLE: Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Establishes Accreditation Deadline for Business-to-Business Providers
BODY:
On May 21, 2026, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Board of Directors approved transition guidelines requiring contracted Business-to-Business (B2B) providers to complete accreditation by July 31, 2026. The memorandum, issued by the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department, applies to all gaming system administrators, integrated resort licensees, gaming affiliates, support service providers, and applicants.
B2B providers that submit accreditation applications on or before May 31, 2026, may continue operating during an interim period until July 31, 2026, while their applications are under review. To secure accreditation, these entities must complete several requirements by the July 31 deadline: payment of a non-refundable application fee; submission of documentary requirements including probity check reports; satisfactory results from ocular inspection of facilities and testing of electronic gaming systems (EGS) and online gaming platforms (OGP); and posting of corresponding performance cash deposits.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in decommissioning of the provider's EGS, OGP, games, and gaming equipment effective August 7, 2026. B2B providers that do not submit applications by May 31, 2026, will be prohibited from providing services to all gaming system administrators, and requests for evaluation of gaming systems will be returned without action. These companies may only resume operations after securing required accreditation.
Gaming system administrators found using services from non-compliant B2B providers will face appropriate regulatory sanctions. The deadline for application submission is May 31, 2026, with all accreditation requirements to be completed by July 31, 2026.
