TITLE: Florida Office of Financial Regulation Issues Final Order Against GalaxyOne Prime LLC for Money Services Violations

On May 22, 2026, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) issued a Final Order against GalaxyOne Prime LLC, a Part II Money Services Business licensed under Florida Statutes Chapter 560. The OFR approved a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving compliance violations identified during an examination covering January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024.
GalaxyOne Prime LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Galaxy Digital LP, violated multiple regulatory requirements. The company failed to timely report its entity name change from Galaxy Digital Prime Services, LLC to GalaxyOne Prime LLC, submitting the notification 55 days late. Additionally, it failed to report the closure of two bank accounts at Signature Bank (708 days late) and one account at Silvergate Bank (744 days late), violating Rule 69V-560.201(2), Florida Administrative Code, and section 560.126(2), Florida Statutes. Under the settlement agreement, GalaxyOne Prime LLC must pay an administrative fine of $15,375.00 and cease all future violations of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes, and related rules. The company must remit payment by wire, cashier's check, or money order to the OFR, referencing Case Number 132007.
