TITLE: Ukraine's National Bank Applies Enforcement Measures to Two Financial Companies

On May 20, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) applied enforcement measures to two financial companies: LLC "FK 'FALCON'" (registration number 42114342) and LLC "FK 'FINWAY'" (registration number 42906996).
The NBU imposed a fine of 181,587 Ukrainian hryvnia and a written warning on LLC "FK 'FALCON'" for breaching financial services legislation requirements. Specifically, the company violated point 16 of section III of the Regulation on Remote Supervision of Financial and Ancillary Services Activities, approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 162 from December 14, 2023 (as amended). LLC "FK 'FALCON'" must pay the fine within one month of the decision taking effect and must eliminate the violations and deficiencies identified in the warning by June 9, 2026.
The NBU issued a requirement to LLC "FK 'FINWAY'" to take measures to eliminate violations and bring its operations into compliance with Ukrainian legislation. The enforcement action relates to the company's breach of prudential capital adequacy requirements as of February 1, 2026 and March 1, 2026, under point 12, subpoint 4 of the Regulation on Prudential Requirements for Financial Companies, approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 192 from December 27, 2023 (as amended). LLC "FK 'FINWAY'" must remediate the identified violations and align its activities with Ukrainian law by July 1, 2026.
The NBU's Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets adopted the decisions on May 18, 2026. The administrative acts take effect upon notification to the respective institutions through methods specified in Ukrainian administrative procedure law, with the notification date being either the date the act is sent by post or email.
