On April 16, 2026, the Virginia Lottery published an updated list of Sports Betting Commission (SCC) approved vendors authorised to provide goods and services to Virginia's sports betting operators.
The vendor list comprises over 300 approved entities providing a range of services across affiliate marketing, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, data analytics, customer support, and digital marketing. Key service categories include: affiliate marketing services (the largest category of approved vendors); payment processing and digital disbursement services provided by entities such as PayPal Inc., Paysafe Merchant Services Corp., and Nuvei Technologies Inc.; identity and document verification services supplied by vendors including Jumio Services Corporation, Shufti Pro Limited, and Veriff OU; fraud prevention and detection services from providers such as Accertify Inc., Human Security Inc., and Riskified Inc.; sports data and streaming services from Sportradar Solutions LLC, IMG Arena US LLC, and Infront Sports & Media AG; and technology infrastructure services including cloud computing (Amazon Web Services Inc.), data centre co-location (Cyxtera Technologies), and cybersecurity services (DruvStar Virginia Corp.).
Vendor approvals carry expiration dates ranging from mid-2026 through 2029, with service permits assigned to each approved vendor.
