TITLE: Illinois Gaming Board Schedules Regular Board Meeting for April 23, 2026

On April 23, 2026, the Illinois Gaming Board will convene a regular board meeting at 9:00 AM at 160 N. LaSalle Street, 5th Floor Auditorium, Chicago, Illinois. The meeting will be held in person and accessible via live stream at https://multimedia.illinois.gov/igb/igb-live.html.
The board will conduct open and closed sessions. During the open session, the board will review minutes from previous meetings held on February 5 and February 26, 2026, receive an administrator's report, and consider administrative matters including a proposed rule regarding video gaming sales agents and revenue share agreements. The closed session will address employment matters, adjudicatory evidence, litigation, and confidential information related to pending applications and trade secrets.
Substantive agenda items include casino licensing matters for Hard Rock Casino Rockford, including owner's license renewal and key person suitability determinations for seven individuals. The board will also consider supplier and occupational licensee renewals and approvals. Sports wagering items include consideration of an initial master sports wagering license for Wind Creek IL LLC d/b/a Wind Creek Chicago Southland and renewal of Swish Analytics Illinois Inc.'s supplier license. Video gaming matters encompass manufacturer and distributor renewals, terminal operator approvals and renewals for multiple entities, and technician and terminal handler licensee items. The board will also address two administrative law judge recommendations regarding denial and disassociation matters.
