TITLE: Ukraine's National Bank Revokes Licences for Two Non-Bank Financial Institutions BODY: On April 14, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) revoked the licences of two non-bank financial institutions and removed them from the State Register of Financial Institutions. The NBU revoked licences held by LLC "FK Premium Capital Group" (registration number 40937865) and LLC "EF ES DZhY" (registration number 43583241) based on applications submitted by the institutions themselves. Both entities held licences to operate as financial companies authorised to provide financial services including credit provision and banking metals lending, as well as factoring services. The removals were made in accordance with point 826 of chapter 76, section XII of the Regulations on Authorisation of Financial Service Providers and Conditions for Their Activities in Providing Financial Services. These regulations were approved by resolution of the NBU Board on December 29, 2023 (No. 199, as amended). The Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Bank Financial Services Markets adopted the decisions to exclude both institutions from the State Register of Financial Institutions due to the revocation of their licences to provide financial services. No further action is required from external parties, as these revocations were initiated by the institutions themselves and have been completed by the NBU.
