TITLE: Ukraine's National Bank Applies Enforcement Measures to Three Financial Companies
BODY:
On April 14, 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) applied enforcement measures to three non-banking financial institutions. The measures included one licence revocation and two requirements to remedy identified violations.
The NBU revoked the financial company licence of LLC "KREDIT PARTNERS" (registration number 42422521) for failing to submit information, explanations, documents, or copies thereof to the NBU within the timeframe specified by the regulator regarding the company's activities. This represents the second violation of this type within one year; the NBU previously applied enforcement measures to the same entity on July 14, 2025, for identical breaches, requiring remediation by August 4, 2025.
The NBU issued remediation requirements to LLC "PERSONALNYI UKRAINSKYI LIZINHG" (registration number 41802323) and LLC "FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA SATARO KAPITAL" (registration number 42309514) for breaching prudential leverage ratio requirements in January 2026, as specified in the Prudential Requirements for Financial Companies regulation approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 192 of December 27, 2023. Both entities must remedy identified violations and bring their activities into compliance with Ukrainian legislation by June 1, 2026.
The NBU's Supervision and Regulation Committee for Non-Banking Financial Services Markets adopted these enforcement decisions on April 13, 2026. Administrative acts issued by the NBU take effect upon notification to the relevant institutions through methods specified in the Ukrainian Administrative Procedure Law, with the notification date being either the date the act is sent by post or email.
