The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau (IEB) of the MGC submitted the penalty recommendation on November 4, 2025. The violation involved noncompliance with requirements set forth in 205 CMR 247.01(1), 205 CMR 247.01(2)(i), and the Massachusetts Sports Wagering Catalog. The relevant noncompliance occurred between November 25, 2024, and December 16, 2024. Caesars waived its right to request an adjudicatory hearing on the matter, as permitted under 205 CMR 232.02(3). Caesars is required to remit payment of $7,500.00 within thirty days of the Commission's adoption of the penalty. Payment should be made by cheque payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mass. Gaming Commission. Alternatively, Caesars may elect to utilise a wire transfer in the same amount, with further instructions available upon request to the Commission.
